Learning science means exploring far beyond our classroom!
In this lesson, our teacher introduced students to some of the most exciting astronomical events, including Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks and a total solar eclipse.
Students learned that although Comet Pons-Brooks is still very far from Earth, it is so enormous that it can still be visible from Earth with the right viewing conditions. We also discussed how planets and comets appear in the night sky and why some celestial objects shine brighter than others.
The lesson also explored the path of a total solar eclipse, showing how it traveled from Mexico through Texas and across the United States, helping students understand how these rare events occur and why they are visible only in certain locations.
For students who have telescopes at home, our teacher encouraged them to observe the night sky and experience real astronomy firsthand.
At Kids Elite, we believe that science begins with curiosity. By connecting classroom learning with real-world events, students discover that the universe is full of incredible opportunities to explore, observe, and ask questions.
🌌 Curiosity starts with looking up.🔠Every discovery begins with a question.🚀 Inspiring the next generation of scientists, engineers, and explorers.
